CRM Preparation & Certification
MTβeta Minerals manufactures and certifies standards for the mining and minerals processing industries. Matrix-matched reference materials can be prepared according to client’s specifications (in terms of grind and sample sizes) and certified accordingly. Preparation and certification procedures are in accordance to ISO 30 and 35 standards, respectively. Best sampling procedures according to Gy’s sampling theory are adhered to, thereby ensuring homogeneity in preparation. MTβeta Minerals standards are packaged in tightly sealed plastic bottles and/or packets. The following services are provided to clients;- Crushing and milling of samples;
- Particle size distribution determination;
- Splitting;
- Homogeneity tests;
- Statistical data evaluation for inter-laboratory analysis; and
- Certification of quality control standards.
