Busisiwe has more than 10 years’ experience in quality assurance (sampling & laboratory systems) in the mining industry. She was involved in the AMIRA P754 Project for the development of metal accounting code of standards; employing statistical methods for the reduction of measurement errors. She has vast experience in sampling and preparation of particulates and statistical certification of reference materials.
She holds a Master’s degree in Science majoring in Chemistry from the University of Port Elizabeth. Her dissertation was on Separation of Base Metals using Solvent Extraction in an Ammoniacal Medium. In 2008, she completed her Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering at the University of Stellenbosch on Statistical Material Balancing.
Dr. Busisiwe Mtotywa (Managing Director)
Andile has more than 12 years of corporate experience in the consulting, mining and manufacturing environment. He has Lean Six Sigma black belt and vast experience in conducting business both local and international in Europe, Asia, Africa, Central & Latin America.
In 2002, he completed his Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry at the University of Port Elizabeth. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa in 2007. In 2009, he was a finalist in South African Reserve Bank Governor’s Award for exceptional performance.
